At Meridian we can offer a variety of accommodation options to ensure students get the best out of their time studying with us. Usually this will be within walking distance of the schools and is carefully chosen and monitored to ensure high standards are maintained.
We also offer 24-hour emergency phone support.
Homestay
Staying in a homestay is, without doubt, the best way to further develop your English and generally learn about the British way of life. You will stay with a local English family that is used to welcoming foreign students into their home. Full board – bed, breakfast, packed luch, and evening meal 7 days a week. Half board – same as full board but without the packed lunch on week days
University Residential Accommodation
Our residential accommodation in Plymouth and Portsmouth is close to university amenities, city centre shopping and nightlife. It is ideal for students who prefer their own space. Each apartment includes private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus shared kitchen, social facilities and WiFi.
Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse
This is generally a large house or small hotel. Bed and Breakfast accommodation provides only a room and breakfast. It does not include other meals or laundry which must be paid for separately.
Hotel
You get a bedroom to yourself and you have a choice of traditional English or Continental breakfast in the hotel. It does not include other meals or laundry which must be paid for separately. There are different hotel options available dependent on your budget.
